Is there a free plan or a free trial?
Every Grove account starts on the Free plan. It has no time limit and no credit card is required. We don't offer time-limited free trials. Use the Free plan for as long as you like, then upgrade when you need more.
Do I need a credit card?
Not for the Free plan. A payment method is only needed when you buy a paid membership. Payment details are collected securely by Stripe at checkout.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade to a higher tier, or from monthly to annual billing, at any time; we prorate the difference. Downgrades are not available. To move to a lower tier, cancel your membership; it stays active until the end of the paid period, and you can then choose another plan.
How does billing work?
Paid memberships (Standard, Gold and Platinum) are optional, billed per company in USD, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until canceled. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal and your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period. Your company then returns to the Free plan.
