Can I change a team member's position?

Marketing
What are the 4-Box, 7-Box, and Rolling advertisement areas?
4-Box, 7-Box and Rolling areas are dedicated advertisement areas for Platinum, Gold and Standard Members. 4-Box has the highest, 7-Box has the medium, and Rolling area has the standard visibility.
Which advertisement type is best for my business?
This depends on the nature of your business and the products or services you market and sell. We suggest you to start with 7-Box advertising. You can change to 4-Box or Rolling advertising any time.
Can I advertise in multiple areas simultaneously?
Platinum Members can choose to advertise in all areas (4, 7 and Rolling.) Gold Members can choose to advertise in 7-Box and Rolling areas. Standard Members can only advertise in Rolling Area.
Can I purchase additional time or space for more visibility?
No. Additional time can not be purchased. But, depending on your membership level, you can have same advertisement appear more than once in the same area.
Can I schedule the time slots when my ads will appear?
Platinum and Gold Members can schedule the time slots of their ads.
Can I update my ad content?
Yes. You can update ad content anytime and it becomes visible in its next appearance.
Can I stop advertising at any time?
Yes.

Which membership tier is best for me?
This depends on the nature of your business and the products or services you market and sell. We suggest you to start with Gold membership. You can change to Platinum or Standard membership anytime.

Who is the Grove Manager?
Grove Manager is the person managing the functionality of your Grove account. The Business Owner himself or anyone he seems appropriate can be the Grove Manager. The Grove Manager is by default the member of the Team.
How can I change the Grove Manager?
Go to Your Team page to change your Grove Manager.
I can't access the registered email. What can I do?
If you have a registered phone number, we can send a link to change your registered email.

Will my data be lost if I delete my Grove account?
We save Platinum Members data for one year and Gold Members data for one month. If you reinstate your account within these periods you can regain access to your data. Standard Members' data is deleted when they delete their accounts.

Go to your Notifications page and update your selection.

Is my credit card information secure with Grove?
Your credit card information is encrypted and secure with Grove. We can only initiate transactions over your credit card, but we can not see your credit card data.

GrovePay Marketplace
What is GrovePay?
GrovePay is a secure payment processing feature powered by Stripe. It allows you to buy and sell listings — including products, movable assets, immovable assets, and services — directly through Grove.
How do I enable GrovePay for my listings?
Go to the listing page, click Edit GrovePay, enable it, set a price, and save. You must complete seller onboarding before you can receive payouts.
What can I sell through GrovePay?
You can sell products, movable assets, immovable assets, and services, provided the category is eligible for GrovePay.
Is GrovePay secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe. Grove does not store your credit card data.
What currencies does GrovePay support?
Currently USD only.
What fees does GrovePay charge?
A platform fee is deducted from each sale. The exact fee depends on the price tier; you can preview it before setting your price.
When do I receive my payout as a seller?
Funds are released after the buyer confirms receipt or automatically after 7 days if the buyer does not respond.
Can a buyer request a refund?
Yes. Buyers can request a refund before confirming receipt. Grove reviews refund requests; no action is needed from the seller during review.
Who is responsible for delivery and disputes?
GrovePay processes payments only. Sellers and buyers arrange delivery, escrow, and dispute resolution directly.
Password
What is Grove's password policy?
Your password is encrypted and secure with Grove. We can initiate links to change or reset your password, but we can not see it.
2-Step Verification
What is 2-Step Verification?
2-Step Verification is another layer of security to access your account. You can use a secure SMS link or an authenticator app with 2SV.
Can I enable or disable 2-Step Verification at any time?
Yes.
Log In
Can I log in from multiple devices simultaneously?
Yes, you can. But, for account security we suggest you to keep number of simultaneous devices low, 3 max.
I can't log in. What should I do?
Please check that the credentials you used during account registration are correct. If you can not log in again, try changing your password. Please remember that Grove 7/24 Support is standing by to help you.
